My husband loves green tea so I thought that I would get one that was healthier for him. This is a blend of herbs to promote a healthy system. It has a nice citrus blend with it. My husband said that it tastes really good. It has easy instructions with it. He adds it to a cup of hot water and lets it steep then it is good to go. He has been feeling better since drinking it. It is a great tea. I was offered this as a promotion for my honest opinion.
